The hotel offers great amenities. The complimentary breakfast was amazing and included a variety of tasty options. The rooms were clean and the location was convenient to local attractions. The rooftop terrace provided stunning views of the city.

The hotel staff seemed to lack enthusiasm and were not overly friendly. The Wi-Fi connection was not very reliable and it was difficult to stay connected.

I was disappointed by the quality of my room which was definately a bit run down, the walls had damage marks, the bathroom had some broken tiles. What was particularly disappointing was that they was no access the min-bar. No ability to cool drinks in a very hot place.

The location is perfect. If you want to have direct access to Petra, this and the moevenpick seem to be the best options.

Location! Location! This hotel is great when spending a few days in Petra. It gave me the possibility to visit Petra before the busses arrived and to enjoy a relaxing afternoon to return to the site before sunset.

Too a small room that needs to be renewed. Too much noise during the night and the early morning because of too thin walls and babies permetted to play in the passages. This hotel is a luxurious place to stay with exceptional service and exclusive amenities. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with upscale private facilities. The restaurant and bar/lounge area provided excellent food and drinks.

The only minor issue I encountered was the noise level outside of the room. However, the location advantage of being within walking distance to the Petra site made up for it.

the architecture of the hotel was totally in harmony with the surrounding; very well designed, the view of the hotel was very nice, just a 5 min. walk to petra, the food was good..the staff also very nice..

hotels of the same price level include breakfast as well, while in crowne plaza the breakfast was excluded, we had trouble with the plumbing and the AC was very noisy.

The location is spectacular and the pool is beautiful.

Most of the staff were terrific - friendly, personable, and helpful. One or two managers were rather cold and indifferent. The price seemed a bit high for what was actually offered. The rooms themselves seem a bit old.
